Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter with expertise in finish work to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various carpentry projects, focusing on the final touches to enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of residential and commercial spaces.

- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a focus on finish work.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and design plans.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Physical fitness and stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
Responsible For
Responsibilities:
- Execute precise finish carpentry tasks, including installing trim, crown molding, baseboards, and other decorative elements.
- Ensure the proper fit and alignment of doors, windows, and cabinetry for a polished appearance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to interpret blueprints and design specifications.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately.
- Practice all safety protocols and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment.
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork and make adjustments as necessary for a seamless finish.
- Work efficiently and maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet project deadlines.
